They were: Illinois Speaker of the House, Michael j. Madigan, and Prairie Trails Library librarians, Sheri P. Starr and Jennifer A. Bromann. The two librarians got the awards for the most dynamic librarian and the best youth services librarian respectively. Both Seri and Jennifer were going to attend the October ILA conference to recieve their awards. Madigan got his award to recognize the legistlative library support he provided. |
